The trustees have reached agreement on a restart of ASK Romein. ASK Romein will continue in a slimmed-down form as a combined steel construction and construction company, located at Belder 101 in Roosendaal. This restart means that approximately 70 jobs will be maintained. Jan Kleijn, who was previously involved as such, will become general manager of the restart.
The restart is effective immediately. For more information: Contact details on behalf of ASK Romein: Mrs. Simone van den Bergh; can be reached by email at ASKRomeinDoorstart@outlook.com
The restart mainly concerns the continuation of ASK’s activities at the Roosendaal location (with the exception of Belder 80). Other locations remain closed; the settlement thereof will be continued separately.
The main rule is that orders or contracts with one of the bankrupt companies are NOT transferred to the restarter. New agreements will have to be made with the restarter. So: if you are a creditor or client of one of the bankrupt companies and you want to check whether there are possibilities to enter into a new commercial relationship with the restart, you can contact the contact person mentioned above.
Nothing will change for creditors of the bankrupt companies, they can (still) be submitted via this online form (to be sent by email to: Romeincrediteuren@devoort.nl.
